"The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often. "

"The apartment is everything that you need and more. Very welcoming, clean, spacious and modern. With little thoughtful touches throughout, from shower gels, towels and robes to games and books to enjoy. Zelijka was very friendly and helpful from the start, travelling with 2 young children, we got some good recommendations and also updates on weather on arrival. In the heart of the ‘lower Zagreb’ it was amongst beautiful surroundings and must see spots. Also nice and close to many cafes, bars and restaurant it really does have everything you need on the doorstep.We used an Uber to and from the airport which was very quick at just 18 minutes and cost roughly 20 euros. Everyone we met was very friendly and polite, with a very clean and respectful city. We would definitely love to come back to Croatia. Thank you very much for hosting such a lovely stay. "

"Excellent hotel and staff. Mia checked us in and was so kind and helpful! She answered all our questions and even assisted us with using the parking meter. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delivered to our room and was delicious! "
