"The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok. I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. Didn't sleep much because of the noises from the roomates,...

"The private family room was perfect for a night in Evora for our family of 4 (including a 12 and 15 yr old). We were in town to sightsee and have a comfortable, very clean and safe place to sleep. The front desk staff were sweet and welcoming. Our only complaint was that we had to let the hot water run for a good 10 minutes before it reached the shower, however, once it got going, it was perfect. "My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay with Heaven Inn. The room was impeccably clean with welcoming gifts of chocolate and a local liquor. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room had a private patio where we could enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring the charming city if Evora. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back if we ever visit the city again."

"The first night was terrible. They didn't have the portable air conditioner hooked up and so it was very hot. Finally I had to open a window which was also terrible. There's a 24-hour food kiosk across the street and bands of students were standing in front of it and yelling until 3:00 a.m. . The second night was not a weekend and they hooked up the air conditioner and it was fine. I gave a medium review because one night was terrible and one night was good."

Deveria no entanto melhorar alguns aspectos: - a piscina que estava em mau estado e com uma fuga de água - a casa não tem máquina de lavar loiça o que para grupos grandes é um problema - wifi era muito fraca - a cozinha não tem um exaustor a funcionar o que dificulta muito cozinhar"

"We stayed for three night and our goal was to relax, cook, enjoy the environment and go on walks with our dog, The home environment was terrific with an excellent equipped kitchen and many zones outside and inside to relax. The design of the house is beautiful and warm. The environment is great for walks, bike ride - mountain or hybrid bikes -and trip to hill side walled towns. Estremoz, 6 km away has excellent food shopping"
