"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cabaca house, QSF! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Eduardo we felt welcome and comfortable. A tour of the grounds to meet his animal and bird friends was very memorable. What a menagerie of pets they have! We later spent some time getting to know the goats lambs and ostriches while relaxing by the pool. "The accommodations were comfortable, clean and very modern. There was an induction heated stove, a convection oven & a microwave. It made warming up and making our food sooo easy. Having the animals nearby was fun! Eduardo was a great host. Good location for exploring Alentejo. "

"This is a lovely Portuguese style property. It is on one floor with a separate kitchen adjacent. The owner lives on site and was available if needed. The location was good - about 6 miles north of Evora. The pool was very cold on arrival but it warmed up sufficiently for us to use it a few times. We were able to eat outside each day - there were plenty of pans for cooking. We were given fruit from the orchard, wine and biscuits.
