"Conveniently placed for train & underground stations to explore central Lisbon. Our room was clean & comfortable.
It is on the flight path in to airport but the frequent planes did not disturb us at all.
The majority of the staff were friendly & helpful. Although I do speak rudimentary Portuguese, there were some issues with meal or drink requests & a complete lack of 500ml glasses for draught Super Bock.
Breakfast was pleasant but busy & repetitive.

"The elevator by the reception area gave us a fright the 3 time we used it, where it stopped in mid service, made some clunking noise and was stuck for a few long seconds. After that it went out of service. The room is basic and dated but serves the purpose. Bed was comfortable and clean. The receptionists seemed to feel like they are security more. "Insgesamt ein durchwachsener Aufenthalt. Der Frühstücksbereich ist leider sehr klein, wodurch es morgens zu längeren Warteschlangen kommt. Auch die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, und die Teppiche wirkten bereits deutlich abgewohnt.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet: Es war reichhaltig und wurde auch bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit immer wieder aufgefüllt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir außerdem den Dachpool – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt."

This is my second time staying at this property, and once again, I am amazed by how much the staff truly cares about their guests.
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The location is excellent, and having very accessible parking is a big plus, especially when travelling by car.
