"Parking was convenient. Breakfasts were amazing. The location was great for travelling east into the city, or west into the countryside. Catarina was the most helpful server during our morning breakfasts, and had many great recommendations for us. Cascais in Portugal is a great way to get a sense of the culture there."

"An outstanding hotel with superb facilities. If you’re bringing a car, there’s convenient underground parking available. It’s about a 30-minute walk into Cascais, which we found very manageable. Breakfast was perfect, and the gym and sauna were excellent. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional — always going above and beyond to assist. One standout detail I particularly loved was the rich, warming aroma throughout the hotel. It created a truly welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. "

"Wonderful stay. Booked a sea view with a balcony and relaxed there for 2days after our flight from USA, instead of booking into a Lisbon hotel. Great way to get over the jet lag. Convent to good restaurant and very helpful staff. Parking under the hotel was a great plus. "

"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in April. We absolutely loved it. Room was amazing- lovely balcony, huge bathroom with gorgeous bath and every comfort you would need. Was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and all meals we had at the bar and restaurant were lovely. We will definitely be back with out kids!"

This hotel has amazing palace facility but the thing that makes it really unique is the team that greets you with a smile and takes care of you way beyond regular. We stayed during the huge blackout, everything was chaotic around but the team took care of us - updating, resuming water supply with a generator and taking care of meals for all guests free of charge!
