"The room has a leaky toilet. I told the staff and they said it was fixed. But when I went back to check it was worse. The staff was clueless. The floors also didn't have any noise insulation. If anyone walked outside I could hear their foot steps. "

"Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only odd thing was that the shampoo containers were bolted in way up high. I could barely reach them. And they were totally inaccessible to anyone taking a bath instead of a shower."

"I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because the price was pretty reasonable, but I was still disappointed with some of the basics. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, and even though the staff came to check it, they couldn’t fix it. The fridge also didn’t work, and a lot of the room equipment felt old and outdated. There was no soap provided for the shower, and the carpet had a noticeable odor as well. The staff was okay overall, but the general quality of the hotel and rooms just didn’t feel up to the mark. For the price, I expected at least the basic things to work properly. The stay experience definitely needs improvement, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Great staff...did not eat the breakfast had another breakfast engagement. Parking was convienient. No hotel stay is ever like home, but this was pretty close!"

"The very best rental I have ever stayed in. Every possible need was anticipated. Decor delightful and functional, neighborhood beautiful and walkable. Quiet and private. Outdoor space well kept with very nice landscaping. Reunion with four friends and the perfect place. Already planning a fall return trip. The host was very accessible even though nothing required their attention. We were a senior group( Conway High School class of 1961)."
