My wife , twin girls, and I really enjoyed the property. Right on the river, very clean and quiet, and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future.
Place was easy to access, very clean and comfortable. We loved having the deck to sit outside on every evening.

It's a nice quiet property only a mile away from RMNP entrance. It was very clean and property management was very responsive. You can enjoy Fall river right from your balcony. Property manager Lee was very good and prompt in communication. Will go there again.
Unit 205 - Really convenient access to RMNP. River below small balcony was great to listen to and see a visiting moose. King bed in the bedroom was super comfy after a long hiking day. Kitchen provided most basics except coffee pot, but we don't drink coffee, so that's ok. Laundry room is by appt and in the basement of main bldg. Does not have vending for soaps/softeners or any windows/air, but we are glad we didn't have to go offsite. Pool was great for cooling off. The views were spectacular. We would definitely recommend and stay again for future visits.
We had a great stay at this property. Perfect location and beautiful views from the porch. Came stocked with everything we needed and was easy to request things we didn't have. My only complaint would be one day I was in the bedroom, my husband was in the shower, and my kids were in the living room on the couch playing. I heard someone knock on the door, so I was getting up and dressed when I heard the door open and someone talking. Well, as I came into the living room the door was shut and my kids told me some man opened the door and handed them a bible.... I called the front desk, and they told me they were aware there was someone that was going around and giving new bibles to the units, but apologized that he just walked in. They said they would talk to him. It was pretty upsetting to my husband and I to think someone knocked on the door, didn't get an answer, so they just opened the door anyway. That could have easily been someone totally random and could have taken our children in a split second! We did not have the door locked but I don't feel like that is an excuse for someone to walk in. Like I said, everything else was completely fine and I would stay here again if we had the opportunity. Next time I will make sure the doors are locked 24/7.
