This gorgeous large 2bd/2ba condo features a master bedroom with King bed and bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area has sleeper sofa and cozy gas log fireplace. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has an attached dining area. Not as advertised

The property is extremely close the road so you here the traffic noise all day and all night. If it were not for the river being as close, I would rate with zero stars. The property is showing signs of wear, needs maintenance. It was not clean, mold in the upstairs shower, dirty carpet, stains on comforter, kitchen floor was sticky. I have been to Estes many times and always stayed in town. Be careful who you rent from and how the listings are presented.

Just Perfect

This condo was perfect for my sister, her son, his friend, my husband, myself, and our 1 Year old son. It was very homey and clean. And, you can’t beat the views. The condo sits right on the Fall River and has a hot tub tucked away in the corner so your neighbors can’t see you. It’s divine!

Nice getaway

This property is in a perfect spot- just a few miles from downtown Estes and 2 miles from RMNP. The beds were comfy, we used the dining table nightly for card games, loved the Smart TVs, and don't forget the hot tub under the stars!

the property was beautiful and perfect for our stay. the only negative was that we called a few times the day of to ask about early check-in and were promised a call back each time and never received one.
