Location Location

Such a lovely unit!!! Royal Palms shading my lanai. Lovely furniture, bedding and towels. Nice appliances! Coconut Point shops 3 minutes away. Gorgeous pool and fitness room. Hard to leave. Will return!! Thanks Jonathan for everything!

Wonderful place for an escape!

We were escaping the grey skies and dismal cold winter weather of Maryland. What we found was an exceptional beautiful property, bordering the Coconut Point Mall, basking in 80 to 85 degree weather. Being on the grounds of the Mall we walked constantly to many destinations in the mall. Even in the evening, there were events to attend. The condo was beautifully decorated and the owners were so hospitable. There was everything we needed right there in the condo. The location also made it easy to tour the southwest coast of Florida from Sarasota to Marco Island.

The condo had everything you could possibly need. It was in great condition, and very comfortable for our month stay. Perfect location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners were great to deal with and close by should you need anything.

A Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful! That one word best describes my entire experience with both the condo and the owners. First the condo; The condo was spotless upon arrival and filled with high end, beautiful, comfortable furnishings. Everything I needed for my stay was provided, from linens and very nice appliances to a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a nice pool, complete with relaxing lounge chairs and a nearby exercise room, filled with all kinds of top notch workout equipment. The owners obviously gave much thought to making one's experience there worry-free. The location is excellent! All kinds of shopping venues, restaurants, personal services, a bookstore, and even a movie theatre begin literally right outside your front door. I also used this area each morning, prior to the opening of the stores, to take a very nice walk in this extremely safe location, often stopping at the nature areas to watch the wildlife enjoy their mornings as well. Very relaxing and a GREAT start to my day! As far as interacting with the owners, from my first inquiry into the property, thru my month long stay, and then upon my departure, I could not have had a more pleasant and efficient experience. Whether in person, or via text, email, or phone, the owners were personable, prompt, and most importantly always concerned that I was having an enjoyable vacation. In fact, when I returned the keys upon departure, a main concern of theirs was what they could do to improve the experience for future renters. That says a lot about the type of owners they are. The next time I vacation in Florida, this will be the first place I will inquire as to its availability. I just can't say enough positive things about my time spent here.

Loved Your Condo!

My parents and I stayed at the Residence and just loved the condo, the public areas and shopping/restaurants nearby! First, the Residences is an easy drive from the Fort Myers airport. The condo, itself, was lovely! Very clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture and bedding. Very secure. Beautiful balcony. The private pool and pool house was amazing. Anything you'd need is walking distance including a Super Target for groceries. Plenty of diverse restaurants are also within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! George and family were very helpful and nearby.
