Town house with shared pool and stunning roof terrace, close to the beach

Located in a secure gated community of Estepona, this lovely furnished holiday home is a 5 minute walk from Christos beach, one of the best family beaches of Estepona .

The living room – dining room has a large L-shaped 3 seat sofa, TV with English television, video on demand entertainment system, WIFI, log fire and large dining table to seat 8 people.

The town house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 singles (which can zip lock) and a single bed which pulls up into a double in the smaller third bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

The master bedroom has its own on suite shower room and there is a second bathroom which services the guest bedrooms that has a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is laundry area in the basement with washing machine and dryer.

A shared swimming pool is available just in front of the property. Also available is a wraparound terrace with BBQ area, perfect for dining al fresco, and a stunning private roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Gibraltar.

The town house is perfect for families, friends or golfers and 950 meters (a gentle 10 minute walk)to the stunning Estepona Marina which offers a variety of Spanish, international restaurants and bars all with marina views. There is also supermarket in the marina.

Estepona old town centre is only a 15 minute walk from further on from the marina, along a lovely beach side promenade.

The old town offers a long, sandy beach; bustling plazas, cobbled streets and many unique independent shops. You will find many tapas bars, unique eateries and small Spanish bars as well as cafes spilling out onto the streets serving delicious Spanish coffee.

Please note that there is a separate office, a short drive away from the house, where you will pick up the keys from.

We do not accept hen/stag parties or single sex groups.

A 300€ damage deposit will be taken on arrival.

Belle pièce de vie, cuisine correcte, 3 belles chambres avec placard. La terrasse avec la table à côté du barbecue très pratique. La terrasse en haut avec la vue sur la mer : fabuleuse. Une très belle maison : quelques réparations à prévoir: douche, placard dans la cuisine pour que la maison soit parfaite. Merci

Property has lots of open space and terraces. Pool area is very good and well looked after. Plenty of free parking available. Only downside was the noise from neighbouring dogs.

The house had a view of the beach, coastline and Gibraltar. The sun woke us up in the morning and a short stroll with our dog took us to the Marina for whatever. Lovely place, lovely location... Old town to explore.. Big thumbs up

La casa esta muy bien equipada, muy cerquita de la playa y con piscina delante de la puerta. Tiene 3 terrazas diferentes, muy amplias y todas con hamacas, muchas plantas y todo el día sol ☀️

Fuimos 7 adultos durante una semana y estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien equipada y la urbanización es muy tranquila. Muy recomendable!

We spent a great month in this townhouse. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property's location in Seghers is quiet and very convenient with easy access to the beach and bike path (that goes around Estepona). The views of the sea and Gibraltar from second floor and roof top patio are amazing and while in the kitchen I also enjoyed looking through window at the orange and lemon trees in the front courtyard. The local property manager is attentive should there be anything that a guest needs. We would return for another stay!

LOVELY HOUSE - CLEAN, WELL FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. TERRACES ARE GREAT - ROOF TERRACE WONDERFUL VIEWS. WE HAD GORGEOUS SUN AND WARMTH DECEMBER THROUGH TO JANUARY AND FOUND IT EASY TO WARM THE HOUSE AS THE NIGHTS GOT COLDER . FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE NEAREST BEACH AND 15 MINUTES TO THE MARINA. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND BARS - GOOD SUPERMARKETS NEARBY. THANKS TO KAREN FOR BEING SO WELCOMING AND HELPFUL.HOPE TO BOOK AGAIN.

Vi boede 5 personer i en uge i denne lækre lejlighed. Lejligheden har en god beliggenhed i forhold til strand (5-10 minutters gang til Playa del Cristo), som er en lille hyggelig sandstrand med gode faciliteter (uden så mange turister som den store Playa del Rada strand). Tæt på den ligger også havnen med forskellige restauranter og et større supermarked. Der er ca. 2.5 km til Estepona centrum og den gamle bydel. Lejligheden ligger i et lejlighedskompleks som deler et fælles og hyggeligt poolområde, lige udenfor havelågen. Der er mulighed for at parkere ved lejligheden (hvilket vi gjorde). Lejligheden er meget rummelig og der er god plads til 6 personer (derudover mulighed for 2 i sovesofa i stuen). Det er fint med de to badeværelser ovenpå og toilettet i stueetagen. Køkkenet er godt udstyret. Der er terrasser på begge sider af huset og mulighed for at grille. Lejligheden har også fantastisk tagterrasse med god udsigt over området. Internetforbindelsen fungerede godt

We would highly recommand renting this apartment for holiday. It has a lot of space, everything you need, lovely roofterrace, 3 toaletts and bedrooms, beatiful garden terrace and close to pool area and a 10 minutes walk to the beach. We were welcommed and taken care of from we came until we left. We have nothing to complain about.

Really enjoyed our stay, we were 4 adults and 3 young children, (4,2,-1), lovely complex, We had the pool to ourselves for the vast majority of our stay. Marina is a comfortable 15 minute walk( with kids!) and a lovely, quiet beach is only 5 minutes away. Estepona is about a 30 minute walk. Everything is catered for and key pick up is en route to the house.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one month from mid-January to mid- February and enjoyed this house completely. Great location near the harbor, its restaurants and Sunday flea market, bull ring, etc. The house was as advertised - great terraces with views of the Rock of Gibralter, wood burning fireplace, bbq, big smart tv with free streaming, washer/dryer (slow drying was the only negative in the whole house). Altogether, highly recommended.
