"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Costa Del sol this Oct. Lucia, at the front desk, was great and very kind and professional-after some issues with house keeping cleanliness in our first room upon Check in, she moved us to a corner suite which was spotless. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and relaxing as it is mostly adults, and we had a good stay in general. But some things fell short for us: 1. With exception to Lucia, several of the staff members had an odd demeanour- as though you were an inconvenience to them. We saw this across all 4 nights we were there, from the staff at the breakfast restaurant when ordering a la carte or at the pool. 2. Breakfast offerings do not change - we were eating the same thing every day for four days- for a 4 star property the a la carte menu and the buffet is extremely limited. 3. Coffee: there is 1 automatic coffee machine that you line up to to get ur coffee- which is quite bad actually. I hope the hotel will consider a more premium experience for coffee (barista, espresso machine etc) 4. Beach: the beach at this property was about 10 minutes through a private walkway which we appreciated. However compared to other hotels, like the METT next door, the property doesnt include any sun beds or loungers. Disappointing.. 5. Toiletries: you get no toiletries kits, no conditioner or specific hand soap/lotion,you get an odd dual “body wash/shampoo” in the shower and sink. Odd for a “wellness”property."

"We enjoyed our 8 days stay at Brisa Del Mar Boutique hotel. Excellent location, spacious with large terrace. We especially liked the staff, very friendly and welcoming. It’s in the old city, steps from the beach, lots of restaurants outside, streps from Plaza Del Flores, beautiful city!"

"The property is beautifully manicured. Reception staff very kind and knowledgeable. Our suite was a 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen included a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop. Brand new washer and dryer made laundry so easy. Worth every penny. Unfortunately, we had a rainy day so didn’t visit the beach. We were not aware we needed reservations for the on site restaurant so we missed out on that. Overall, would totally stay here again, no question!"

"Good hotel, excellent seaside location. Easy access to the port and old town by local bus, however bus takes a longer route back to hotel. Very manageable thirty minute walk to port along sea front, There is a 500 yard stretch of car park that’s unmade sandy and uneven just before you reach the port. Thirty five minutes walk further along a well made promenade is the old town."

"Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."
