RDR361 - Lovely Benavista apartment walk to beach

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the popular Urb. Las Palmeras de Benavista. Ideally situated between the towns of Marbella and Estepona, the property is also a short 10 minute walk from the beach, and is within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The apartment is well furnished and equipped, providing everything needed for a carefree holiday in the sun. The community offers several large communal swimming pools (seasonal availability) and plenty of street parking.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchair facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) hung on the wall. A dining table with seating for 4 is also provided. The kitchen is compact but well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, allowing guests to easily cook and entertain should they wish to. Outside guests will find an alfresco dining area with seating for 4.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of storage space. This bedroom has access to the second bathroom, which has a bath and separate bath. Both bathrooms have fittings to assist those that are less mobile.
