This Andalusian style townhouse is located in a beautiful tropical garden with a large shared pool in a secure gated urbanization. The house is furnished to a high standard in light colors and offers many nice rooms. You can prepare vacation meals in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. From each bedroom you have access to a no balcony. The house is also equipped with silent air conditioning in each room, so there is always a pleasant temperature.



At the back of the house there is a private terrace overlooking the tennis courts. Here you can relax in the garden furniture and spend beautiful summer evenings. In the front garden there is an orange tree that bears very tasty fruit. Refresh yourself on hot days in the shared pool.



Nearby there are shopping facilities, a coffee bar, a bank and a pharmacy. You will also find a tennis club with several courts opposite the house and three golf courses within walking distance from the house.



If you feel like a change of pace, you could visit an orchidarium or the Selwo animal park within easy reach. There are also several opportunities to spend an active vacation, such as playing tennis and golf or working out in the gym. The sea and the sandy beach are only 10 minutes away.
