"Superb hotel could not fault a thing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable (bed amazing) and cleaners left it fresh and tidy every day. "Whilst we had a very nice holiday here we were disappointed to find that there was no communal bar/lounge area nor a permanently established indoor restaurant (the indoor part was the breakfast room; the dining restaurant was entirely outdoor either in gardens or by the pool with no option to dine inside). On the one cool and cloudy day - too chilly to be outside - there was nowhere warm and communal to lounge around or get drinks. You had to be either outside by the pool or in your room. ...

Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. "Beautiful apartment, bright sunny big balcony on second level. Well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook at home important to remember to request an upper floor apartment and not a main floor as the sunshine coming in. The upper level is worth it."

The location is fantastic, in a quiet and pretty side street in the old town adorned with flowers and trees. It was very close to some of the best bars and restaurants in the area.
