After 11pm we were not allowed to leave the property, we arrived 10:30 pm due to travel conditions, hungry. We were not able to go nowhere to buy nothing because they will lock the door? Dirty lobby, broken elevator, dirty room bathroom ceiling about to fall on your head. Noisy as sleeping under a bridge. Don't bother with this property, I don't know how they have the nerves to be listed as an option to stay. Expedia, you should check it too before listing.

Anche se la struttura è datata. la pulizia ed il confort è notevole, complimenti davvero. Piccola nota negativa, che limita molto secondo me, nel 2023 sentirsi dire che bisogna rientrare prima della mezzanotte sennò si rimane fuori, mi sembra davvero fuori luogo, suggerirei una soluzione come ingresso con codice. A parte questo tutto molto bene

La prenotazione non risultava, ascensore fuori servizio, all'arrivo in camera abbiamo visto che non era ancora pronta nonostante ci avessero consegnato la chiave, quindi ci hanno assegnato un altra camera ma doppia e non matrimoniale, lenzuola bucate, lavabo del bagno quasi staccato, asse del wc rotto, aria condizionata che non funzionava, perciò abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte su una strada di forte passaggio e con musica underground ad altissimo volume di un locale sottostante fino a tarda notte... e al mattino dopo essere usciti a far colazione abbiamo trovato la porta aperta spalancata della camera con ancora i nostri bagagli dentro! Ottimo il gelato della gelateria Castello e gentilissimo tutto il personale.

La moquete del pavimento era luridissima,l'aria condizionata non funzionava c sarranno stati 45 grandi nella stanza aprendo la finostre mi sembrava d dormire in strada con le campane che mi suonavano dentro in stanza all'alba...per non parlare del fatto che c hanno dato gli orari per tornare in stanza xe le porte le avrebbero chiuse a mezzanotte...da non credere...colazione non presente

Hotel molto semplice, associato ad un’ottima gelateria , nel complesso buono. Camera abbastanza ampia con affaccio sulla piazza. Un ottimo appoggio per chi, come noi, vuole visitare il castello o andarci per qualche evento per qualche evento. L’hotel infatti è esattamente di fronte all’ingresso.

Struttura a dir poco datata, reception inesistente, riceve il personale della gelateria sottostante tremendamente rumorosa di notte a partire dal personale della stessa, se si esce dall’albergo dopo le 24 per qualsiasi motivo è impossibile rientrare fino alle 8-30 del mattino, mai più!!!
