"We very much enjoyed the villa which was historic and the house and grounds incredibly spacious for our 10 adults and 4 children. Este is also situated for easy day trips to many vineyards (20 in away) and to Verona, Bologna and Padua. Dianna and Deeshka were terrific cooks and Antonio the property caretaker was very helpful on all counts. They adapted to our spectrum of waking hours and late night activities. "5 girlfriends stayed for a week and it was fabulous ~ We were greeted with a tray of cannelloni’s on the dining room table! The house was clean and spacious. A very quiet country location. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes though it could use more dish towels and some hot pads/oven mitts. It was nice to have a washing machine and clothes line.
