"The adult pool is in terrible condition. The steps are all chipped up and hurt your feet to wall down. I have never seen a hotel pool in this condition as well as the water clarity was very cloudy."

"Breakfast was not included, the front desk staff was rude. The seaweed was so bad you couldn’t swim had to go elsewhere and spend more money. The smell from the seaweed was so bad it was hard to breath, eat, and sleep. What would have been nice if we were informed of the seaweed problem before booking, ..."
