"I loved this property! They had everything I look for. Indoor pool was spotless & stocked well with towels. We enjoyed the layout of the lobby, bar & eating area with multiple big screens & gift shop with frozen food & treats for those that get a little hungry. Our room & bathroom were spacious & well designed. Went to the front desk and requested a refund. He offered another room, however, I cannot stay in a roach infested property. Then he began to yell and accuse me of not liking him for not staying at the property. The property has since refused to give me a refund and so did Expedia. I am very disappointed with Expedia as well for offering...
