"Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. However, the Check-in process was rather tedious and I didn't particularly like retrieving the key from a lock box on a fence - it was also hard to open. Nonetheless, a good and affordable stay."

"Great little apartment with all that is needed for a short stay. My daughter and I especially loved the tea range. Nice and warm and comfy. Bus stop just across the road which is handy to get to train station or car spot provided onsite. It is on a main road which is very busy (we are not used to city living) so suggest bringing some ear plugs. "

"Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on...

"Very difficult to find locked box particularly in rain. Had to kneel on wet dirt. It was 1k from the rental on a wire fence next to the railway station. It was impossible to find the parking space under the building what made it worse was no mobile signal. It's a shame that such a nice property is let down on the detail. Could feel the springs through the bed mattress. The shower had black algae on the floor and the toilet roll holder was loose. Plenty of coffee pods but no machine. Lounge was a...

"Had a good stay, Shower was good with nice hot water. Kitchen facilities were good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Basic toiletries/plenty of toilet paper/towels/etc were all provided. Area was pretty quiet and had convenient parking barely a metre from the back door. Check in was also easy and convenient."

"Nice apartment, clean, easy access, private courtyard. Most of usual things supplied. Take your own condiments. Pillows provided are very full and fluffy, take your own if you prefer a lower pillow. Parking spaces are for SMALL sedans only - no wriggle room at all. Very quiet, block of 8 flats, only saw one other occupant the whole week. NO traffic noise."
