Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsphäre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handtücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife.
