The property was really well done! Everything spot on and clean. Three big rooms with each a tv. The two toilets were well needed with six ppl. The shower was also great. Full functional kitchen made the whole stay a Big Plus.

Die Unterkunft war neu gestaltet / saniert und alles in einem sehr modernen Stil eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Senseo-Maschine. Es wurden auch Spüli, Spülschwamm, Geschirrhandtücher und Backpapier gestellt. Wunderschöne freigelegte Holzbalken tragen zum Wohlfühlen auf jeden Fall bei. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben im 3.OG und hat teilweise Schrägen. Vor dem Haus gab es direkt Parkplätze und neben an ein kleiner türkischer Obstwarenhändler. Im EG des Hauses ist ein hochpreisigeres Speiselokal (haben wir nicht genutzt). Ein klassisches Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, TV ist in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern vorhanden. In der Wohnküche steht noch ein 2-Sitzer Sofa, was allerdings eher nicht gemütlich ist und nur kurzweilig zum Sitzen einlädt. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, was uns davon abhielt, die Fenster bei Licht zu öffnen. Bei sehr warmen Aussentemperaturen ist es fast unerträglich heiss in der Wohnung - vor allem, wenn man die Fenster aufgrund mangelnder Fliegengitter nicht öffnet. Es gibt nur innenliegende Fensterrollos. Nachts konnte man durch das Öffnen aller Fenster einen guten Durchzug erreichen. Es gab einen tragbaren Ventilator, wir hatten noch unseren eigenen dabei, als Vorsorge. Die Betten waren jeweils Einzelbetten - hätte man aber auch leicht zusammenstellen können. Wir fanden sie bequem und haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Alles super! Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Gegend etwas schmutzig. Etwas pingeligere Menschen hätten Schwierigkeiten im Zimmer zur Straßenseite einzuschlafen. Für meine Kinder war es kein Problem. Ich denke, ein Doppelbett wäre für Eltern besser. Und bitte etwas dickere Decken zu dieser Jahreszeit und im Dachgeschoss. Meine Frau musste im Pullover schlafen, mit der zusätzlichen Decke aus dem Schrank.

Apartamento claro, espaçoso e confortável, percebe-se que foi renovado recentemente. Talvez se um dos quartos tivesse uma cama de casal fosse melhor, no meu caso éramos um casal mais dois amigos, mas nada que estrague a viagem, sabíamos disso quando reservamos. E o fato de ter um banheiro completo mais um lavabo é realmente um diferencial.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtet Wohnung. Es ist alles was man braucht in und um die Wohnung vorhanden. Für uns als 5-köpfige Familie eine ideale Unterkunft. Können sie nur weiterempfehlen!!
