"This is a beautiful well cared for home and the owners are friendly and helpful. The area is very remote and quiet, perfect for a peaceful holiday to escape it all, however, the location does mean a fair bit of driving to find things to do. We were not aware of the 600 Euro cash deposit, which is required on arrival, at time of booking - this was a bit of a pain as meant changing up a lot more cash than we needed, and having to change it back on our return home. Great two weeks

"We have just spent a lovely two weeks here, the Gite was just what we were looking for and the weather was fine also. The owners were extremely welcoming and so kind, you couldn’t wish for more. I would say that the photos on the site were probably from a few years ago, but everything was as it said. There are things to do and find, even a little trip to Belgium to ride the Crocodile bus / boat. Also note the bed downstairs is extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. Yes it is remote but with high speed broadband, BBQ and fire pit plus the bonus of fishing (lots of silvers in the pond but I did catch a Carp. Overall a fantastic two weeks Thanks Paul & Tina"
