Your policies are greedy. You charge for all you can, but when it comes to paying back, there a wall of policies that your front dest can hide behind to avoid paying back. I will lead a group of 4-6 couples every three months during the coming 18 months, we will use another hotel.

The hotel staff overall was by far the most professional hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The room was very comforting, perfect size and had everything to make my stay easier. Only complaint is the driveway leading up to the hotel. Many drivers, either Uber or Wolt had issues locating the entrance.

They wanted to charge me 20 euros extra to get access to the room when I came early. The hotel is in a sad area with highways and no nature close by. Great breakfast and a sauna, but the facilities would need some TLC.

Perushotelli, siisti ja tarvittavat asiat löytyi. Verhoilla sai huoneen hyvin pimeĂ€ksi. LisĂ€vuode oli tilattu, mutta huoneessa odottikin vauvansĂ€nky ja potta 5 vuotiaalle 😂 HĂ€n tykkĂ€si joten mikĂ€s siinĂ€. Iso plussa oli ylĂ€kerran uima-allas ja viileĂ€ vesi, jossa jÀÀhdytellĂ€ helteellĂ€. Sauna-osasto oli melko sokkeloinen, mutta löydettiin lopulta oikeaan paikkaan. Aamiainen oli myös hyvĂ€ ja palvelussa ei valittamista.
