"What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel."

"Fantastic breakfast. Great variety of food. Not the usual meat, cheese and bread only. Fruit and oatmeal too. The staff was excellent. Very service oriented. Any request was fulfilled. "

"I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the aquaduct. The view from our window was exceptional. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants."

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."
