Das Häuschen liegt ca. 16 km vom nächsten größeren Ort (Cangas de Onis) mit Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt u.v.m. entfernt, in absoluter Stille in einem kleinen freundlichen Bergdorf. Das Haus selbst hat ein kleines recht modernes Bad, ein behagliches Schlafzimmer und eine supergemütliche Küche mit Holzofen (Feuerholz ist ausreichend da) und schöner Küchenbank.
