"The property is not maintaied properly. The shower cubical drain was almost blocked. Water passed very slowly. The microwave which was given first was broken, but when I complained, they changed it immediately. The lock of the property was bad. Sometimes the lock won't open and you have to remove the key and start again. The main corridor was very dark. There was no sensor which will switch on the light, you have to switch it on manually. It was very difficult to find out the switch in the dark. Otherwise the accomodation was nice, room was quite big . "

"We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes! From the comfortable bed, view of the sea, and the hotel and restaurant service, our stay could not have been better. The highlight was having a cocktail at the bar, and meeting Mehdhi, our mixologist. He made amazing cocktails, and went above and beyond, showing us the garden used to create the drinks, and the laboratory used to make edible perfume/oil for the cocktails. Truly amazing! Also , Chloe & Hamid, whom took care of us for dinner, at Ciro’s, were great! Chloe helped find my credit card, and both are skilled servers. We will definitely be back! . "

"Wonderful stay. Location was superb. However, the 1 plate aperitivo and snacks offered were not as bountiful as before. There used to be quite a spread of charcuterie, salads, selection of cold drinks, yogurts and other tasty morsels. Now, you even have to ask for the small plate in the evening. Lounge staff not as attentive in the evening. One can hear them chatting in the kitchen area behind doors. I found the receptionists and cleaning staff very pleasant."

"The property is magnificent. If I could give an award for most beautifully naturally manicured grounds with artistic sculptures and waterfalls, I would give this property a 15 out of 10. The staff was helpful addressed everything immediately and made us "Canadians" feel at home. The food was the only let down. The service in the Bistro was excellent but the food was overpriced for the quality being served. Unfortunately the night we wanted to eat in the main dining room there was only a four course menu that evening and my wife and I did not eat items being served. We had to return home before we had the opportunity to eat there. My comments only pertain to the Bistro."

"Check-in was easy. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and an UBER into Nice is 25 to 40 euros. I didn’t like the split bathroom but for one night it was manageable."

The abundant storage space and wall hooks. I didn’t realize how much I needed a place for everything until I had it. No more digging through piles of clothes or tossing jackets on chairs—everything had a home. Brilliant. And the complimentary breakfast? Out. Of. This. World. It felt like waking up to a gourmet market: a full charcuterie spread with meats and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, an aesthetic cereal bar, fresh juices and a DIY juice machine. The hot items were perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. I was genuinely excited to wake up and eat every morning. As a cherry on top, they welcomed me with a complimentary cocktail—a fun, unexpected touch that set the tone for a great stay. Would stay here again and again without hesitation. Moxy nailed it.
