"The room was clean and although there was an issue with the airconditioning, they had provided very good fans for everyone that did the trick in keeping the room cool. The location is great and the staff were helpful."

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

"Lovely hotel that felt light and airy. Plenty of lounger availability and the pool area was always peaceful and relaxing. Could have been more options for food and drink around the pool to make it better. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent."

"We loved our stay. The staff were all super helpful, the room was gorgeous, super spacious, brilliant bathroom and great balcony. We especially loved the adults only rooftop pool and bar."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
