"Tout est cher sur l'île, la chaleur, début septembre, n'est pas au rendez-vous mais si l'on aime pédaler en bord de mer loin des voitures, c'est parfait ! notre location à Saint-Martin était très agréable et au calme. Nous étions là pour vivre ensemble une semaine, tout le monde est reparti enchanté... Question intendance, il y a eu quelques hic : l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a 2 lits de 160 et nous avons dû aller acheter un drap housse à notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne,...

"Bon accueil et bien placé. On peut tout faire a pied. Manque de materiel pour le ménage (l’aspi n’a pas de bras correspondant). La vaisselle est juste (Achat d’une louche) et verres trop justes. Sinon ca va.Proprietaire agréable. (On a oublié nos bonnets et il nous les garde si on repasse un jour. Merci)"

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"The house is quite old and noise is easily heard. The swimming pool is cool for kids under 12. We loved it because of the space in the house and garden and the quiet area. Thanks for the memories!"

There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home.
