"Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better. "

"We were expecting to be closer to the center, but the hotel is right on the highway and is mostly for tour groups that drop in for the night. The staff is not informed at all… we saw the last day that there was a way to town around the back that wasn’t explained to us. They’re also not generous: I asked for a cup of tea and the guy scoffed and said it was €5, despite having seen it offered to other guests when booking a massage, which I did have the next day. It feels a bit prison-like with all the rooms facing a center indoor pool. We did LOVE the cat and the dog on the first night. The breakfast buffet is also VERY good, and beds are extremely comfortable. Dinner was a 6/10, kind of average buffet."

"We visited in March and I had hoped the beautiful outdoor pools would be heated and open but they were not and that was really disappointing as the reason we chose this place was for the outdoor pools. And I had thought the outdoor pools were thermal so they would be heated but they were not. The hotel is very big and popular with the big tour buses. There were more than 10 big buses parked outside so it doesn't have the intimate feeling I was hoping for. If you don't like big tour buses and that type of crowd, you will be disappointed like we were. The dinner was good but there were so many people there that it felt overwhelming. And the way the room was put together it felt like you were at some really disorganized wedding. "

"We are a senior couple from US, and were traveling by car in Turkey. Hierapark Thermal & Spa was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool; very warm. Meals and bar were nice, also. "

"The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly."

"We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent. The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great. "
