"Interesting hotel built in the early 1990s. There are still things visible from that era, however the hotel has been updated a bit. If you are looking for high level comfort, and luxury, this place isn't for you. But it is comfortable, and kind of cool in an old-fashioned way. Large parking area is in the back, just drive into the alley behind."

"Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars.
