The location is perfect, and the privacy you get when returning from walking tours is just right. It feels like you're staying in a hotel that's close to luxury, even though the price is more in the economy range. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I didn’t book it, but overall, this is a great place to stay for travelers coming to hang out in Eskişehir. Lots of lovely places to have nice food just around the corner

The hotel is very clean, very warm and welcoming staff, excellent value, and the location is absolutely fantastic right at the center of the city where you can enjoy walking , eating and having great time in a great city . Tek misafir olarak İbis Eskişehir otelinde kontaklama yaptım. Giriş esnasında 300TL ucret karşılığı kahvaltı imkanları bilgilendirmesi yapıldı. Otel check-out sırasında kahvaltı için 400 TL kişi başı ücret benden talep edildi. Yanımda kahvaltya davet ettiğim iş arkadaşım olduğundan sorgulamadan 800TL ödeme yapıp otelden ayrıldım. Fazladan talep edilen 200 TL görmezden geldim. Fakat yaklaşık 1 saat sonra otel rezervasyonu tarafından aranıp, Siz gece yaninoza +1 kişi misafir mi aldiniz sorusu

Otelin bulunduğu konum merkezi çoğu yere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Personel gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Genel anlamda oda lobi ve diğer alanlar gayet temiz ve çıkış işlemleri sonrası şehirde vakit geçirmek için valizlerin emanet edilebileceği bir alan oluşturulmuş. Teşekkürler.

Özellikle Yöneticileri Okusun.

İstanbul da 3 farklı otelde gerek organizasyon gerek perde arkasında finans olmak üzere büyük otellerde çalışmış birisi olarak belirtmeliyim ki, koskoca ibis hotele yakışmayan bir otel yapısı mevcut. Otel odasında ki kurutma makinesi 80’lerden fırlamış gibiydi.Yeteri kadar ısı bile göstermediği halde Isınınca çalışmıyor. klima betamax kaset kadar eski bir prçaydı. Ve çalışmıyordu. Odanın belirli yerlerinde toz mevcuttu temizlik konusunda hassasiyet göremedim. Odamızdaki bir cam tamamen açılabiliyordu. Engel yoktu. Onu bile düşünememişler. Bunlar haricinde çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü onlara bir sözümüz yok. Şuan istanbulda 2 şubesi olan bir otelin finans ve muhasebesiyle ilgileniyorum. Benim çalıştığım yerde bu tarz durumlar söz konusu olursa masrafa bakılmadan sorunlar ivedilikle giderilmeye çalışır. Eskişehirin ortasında zincir hotel markasısınız. Gecelik 4.000 tl civarı para alıyorsunuz. Kurutma makineniz hala 80 lerden kalma bir cihaz. Minibarda ki su şişelerinin içi boş, klimanız çalışmıyor, kahve markalarınızı ilk defa duyuyorum bu yaşıma kadar. Kaliteli anılmak istiyorsanız bu tarz şeyleri düzeltmeye başlayın.

Mükemmel konumda eski kalmış bir otel. Otelin mobilyaları ve özellikle Fön makinesi 1999 dan önce kalma sanırım. Geniş odalar ve konfor güzel ama yenilemeye de ihtiyacı var.

Otel temizdi, oda büyük ve ferahtı. Otelin yeri çok merkezi, yürüyerek tren istasyonundan 8 dakika uzaklıkta, alışveriş caddesi, alışveriş merkezi ve Porsuk çayı kenarına yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otel personeli çok ilgili ve nazikti, otele giriş ve çıkış esnasında çok yardımcı oldular.
