"The only thing that I didn’t like was the ability to drop luggage prior to check in. It’s very difficult to cart bags around all day, especially when you arrive on an early flight. This was the first time I’ve not been able to do it and I do a lot of travelling. "The Ostrich Inn is right on the road through town and very near a bus stop, so access is easy if you're bussing from Heathrow (as I did). I expected a fair amount of street noise, but was pleasantly surprised. It's just not that busy on a Friday night, I guess. The staff was very accommodating of my late arrival and very pleasant."

"The property is terrific. The renovated roos and amenities are brilliant! The stairs-only were the only issue, but staff carried our suitcases up for us! The city decided to do some construction outside the pub at 1 am, but who can control that? Had the best meal of our trip in the pub! Loved the place, would definitely recommend. "
