"Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool"

"Lovely friendly staff, 24 hr front desk. Clean charming property. Might be good to know beforehand that, as with many old places in Antigua (and Guatemala in general), your toilet paper is not flushed, it goes in the bin. A little odd if you are not used to it. We had baggies with us but none were provided. That would be the only negative critique. Nice hotel with good eating deals at sister properties. Pablo overnight is great at his job!"

"this is truly a five star hotel. From the moment you check in you enjoy the premises and the service. You start the check-in with a cocktail, continue with the friendliness of the staff. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The gardens are out of this world. The bathroom is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen, and I’ve stayed all over all over the world. It’s close to the Central Park and to many restaurants. It has a beautiful rooftop with food service. "
