In addition to the island there is ~100SqFt of granite counter space that is best of use for serving large groups and buffet style dining. Built in SubZero fridge and freezer, standalone large capacity fridge, and large capacity chest freezer perfect for large groups. Commercial sink faucet and 3 compartment sink makes dishes a breeze, Multitude of spices, coffee grounds, and Keurig K-Cups stocked upon request. Kitchen has Keurig, Mr. Coffee, Microwave, Double Convection Oven, blenders and many different pots, pans and cooking utensils. Dishes, glasses and silverware for 25+.

Both seating areas have jaw dropping views of the surrounding vistas, Sage Hill Preserve and the shimmering city lights of La Jolla to the south in the distance. Deck and Patio located above Tennis Court for easy game watching. 1/2 DynoGlo Grills found here, gets over 600 degrees Fahrenheit for perfect sears. Peak-a-boo ocean view visible in distance.

Tennis Pool: Large heated pool, surrounded by lush gardens and palms. Ample lounge chairs, and seating under solar light umbrella also. One of two private pools on property (All Amenities on Property are for Ranch Guests Only and Private to Your Group)

Tennis Gazebo By Pool: Turbo fanned, fully lit outdoor gazebo has comfy loveseats and couch. Great area to watch swimmers in pool and enjoy views of tropical palms, and gardens.

Tennis, Pickle-Ball, Basketball and Sports Court: Fully Lit for night play Full Size Private tennis court. Tennis court has pickle ball lines painted in specific area for play, net, balls and pickle-ball paddles included. Tons tennis rackets for kids and adults. 2 basketball hoops set up for games on court, Tons of bicycles and tricycles for all ages. Grass Volleyball Court located on lawn.

Playground and Lawn: Huge Playground with 2 slides, monkey bars, 3 swings plus infant-toddler swing, ships wheel and telescopes. Toddler/Infant mini playground also on lawn. Volleyball net on lawn with plenty of space to play!

Horse Corral above driveway: Home to Dorito and Magic our two local ponies, accepting carrots and apples 24/7 :)

Ranch Horse Corrals and Riding Arena: 3 Horses live on ranch estate, Quarter Horse Blondie super friendly and available for lessons! Huge 3/4 size rectangle riding arena for lessons and pony rides.

House has 6 Adult Professional Mountain Bikes for use

Sage Hill Preserve 2 minute walk outside front gate. 4 mile loop goes up around house and back down. Views of ocean, and Miles of rolling hills.

Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve 5 minutes down road. One of San Diego County’s most precious natural resources, the Reserve currently offers approximately 11 miles of hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails, picnic areas, and scenic mountain viewing points. In addition, the natural beauty of the Reserve includes native plant communities such as oak riparian, oak woodland, coastal sage scrub, and chaparral. Hike through meadows, over creeks/rivers and around reservoir holding 8 billion gallons of water.
