"To be exact, this review should really be for the Hey Hotel as I got upgraded to a family room, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short, I originally had a reservation at an apartment but as I misunderstood the check-in time, I had to scramble to book one night stay at The Guesthouse since we arrived late at around 11pm. The Guesthouse/Hey Hotel is probably the one of the very few that could accommodate late check-in. My family was pleasantly surprised to be informed by Arnis that we got upgraded. As it was quite late at night already and we have been on the train pretty much whole day, this was certainly a much welcomed gesture. The room was very spacious and clean"

"The room was small but contained everything that I would expect it to contain and all was in good condition. All staff I met were courteous and attentive. I was there for just one night but would have gladly stayed longer 🙂"

"Close to train station and ferries. Walk to old town in minutes. Hotel recommended Italian/Swedish restaurant best steak my husband has ever eaten and he loves steak. 3 minutes walk. I think this was a perfect location. Caught the bus 5 minutes walk after checking in and went straight to Mt Pilates. It was a great weekend visit. "

The only thing is the bar tender in the hotel is not polite at all and it seems he does not like to serve or be asked about questions. All the other staffers are exceptionally polite thoigh"

"This was a very nice property. Super friendly host that checked us in. Patio/deck with nice morning sun and mountain view. Good water pressure and comfortable bed. Very close walk to the Center of town with grocery stores and lots of restaurants."
