"We had a lovely stay at this property. Owner Gerd is such a nice person, provided enough information before arrival and showed us everything when we checked in. Property is well maintained and rooms are big and clean. Location is just a bit outskirt of town but well manageable by foot to the centre and the train station (even in snow). train takes 15 minutes to Nuremberg central. Greek restaurant opposite house is lovely and price are good. Gerd offered us a free ride with our luggage on the day of departure. will come back again next year. "

Full bath shower with double sink is spacious. 2nd powder room convenient. Clutter free, peaceful environment with lovely view out the back windows and patio. Parking out front. Work being done on the garden in back (which will probably be lovely when completed. Appreciated the basic provisionsvleft for us on arrival. We did day trips to Bavarian towns nearby and recommend highly."
