"This is the worst resort we have been. There is no way you could contact them! All numbers are not working! we had to re schedule our stay as my niece got sick. Wasted a 2 night stay!"

"This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like ..."

"Place was spotless and clean, felt right at home once we arrived. Has great security walls on the outside, felt very safe.
