También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. "On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. The buses are cheap and regular Single fare 1.55E, small bottle of water 1.70E!!.Santander's coastal area is...

"Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel...

"We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!"

"This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat."

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there.
