"We had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM Apartments in Mahón. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and in a great location, but the real highlight was the staff, particularly Andrea and Paula. They genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference. If there is any opportunity to recognise outstanding service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea and Paula. They are a real...

"It was a pretty good place to stay. Not that nicest accommodation, and some parts could do with updating (eg we were excited to see a hammock outside our room - but it was covered in mildew). It was quite quiet which was nice. The staff were helpful at check in and helping to book us an early morning taxi to the airport, and the breakfast was good. It's not very central but still walkable to everything we wanted to do. They were able to provide a rollaway bed for my son so we can two separate...

"Accommodation was a perfect base to go back to after a days exploring. The hosts had thought of everything so it's well equipped for any eventuality."

"Pros: What really makes this villa special is the garden. It is spacious and private with a great pool beneath a magestic palm tree. It is a wonderful place to relax. Inside the villa it's quite traditional, but functional. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Carlos and Carmen were very helpful and welcoming. The villa is in a convenient location for exploring all parts of the island, and great for getting to and from the airport. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again...

"I wish someone had given an honest review of this house. I would not have booked. The outside are is great but inside was poor. The most important rooms were awful. The en suite to main bedroom has not been updated since the house was built -60 years? It was very tatty & smelt. The kitchen was the same, not replaced since the house was built. It had rotten windows sills inside, chipped paint, cracked electrical sockets and switches. In these two rooms the electrics also looked like they hadn’t...
