Villa Alondra is located on a cul-de-sac, slightly elevated which gives it magnificent views of the sea, and a unique tranquility. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach.



Its unique location means that the upper terrace can be enjoyed, without interruptions from people enjoying the pool, thus creating unique spaces for people.

The house has an open and very comfortable layout, with a porch where you can eat and enjoy the sea breeze and the tranquility.

It consists of three double bedrooms, decorated with simplicity and comfort, all of them have a ceiling fan as well as the living room. The kitchen has everything necessary for perfect comfort when cooking.



It has a private pool and barbecue, where you can enjoy both bathing and eating.

This villa is Eco Friendly, so cross ventilation is recommended, since being in an elevated position it always enjoys a breeze that is enhanced by opening the windows in the north and south at the same time, thus creating a current. of air that, added to the fans, maximum comfort is achieved.



The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.

Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as a private chef or babysitting service, a photography tour of the island or even a personalized beauty session.

Three generation family holiday
We loved our holiday here, with my daughter and her family. The pool was perfect to allow the 6 year old to learn to swim her first length. Although the villa is part of group of villas on a street, it is very private and the pool is not overlooked at all, but with a nice view down the hill to the sea from the balcony. The villa felt very spacious and was designed for the heat even though there was no air con. The manager, Virginia, was very responsive to any minor concerns we had.

A great house in a great location.
The villa is accurately described and pictured in the posting and is beautifully landscaped and located close to the beach in one of the best parts of the island (we spent two weeks and saw the whole island). The manager, Virginia, provided excellent instructions and met us at the house after our check-in to settle us in and provide a full explanation of the house and island, including restaurant and hiking recommendations. The villa is very well appointed and more than ample, with a fully equipped kitchen (we cooked in most evenings), comfortable bedrooms, great television and internet, working washer, deck furniture, and sufficient drawers, closets, etc. The owner responded to a small plumbing issue within hours. Although we visited in the off season and could not make use of the pool, we cannot wait to return when it is warmer and take better advantage of this special property.

Wonderful secluded property close to beaches
