"The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. "Für uns die beste Lage. Die Wohnung bietet viel und ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral. Die Ausstattu g ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Der Kühlschrank ist schon ordenlich ramunierteinige Haltererungen sind defekt. Wenn man den Wasserhahn öffnet sollte man weit weg stehen. Sond einige Kleinigkeiten aberer so etwas nervt im Urlaub. "

Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge. We couldn't make the radiators work in the main lounge, front bedroom and bathroom. "It’s a cute and clean holiday house that we were lucky enough to have for ourselves. The cons were the amount of mosquitoes at that particular spot and there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The freezer didn’t work properly. Information about the fact the water is completely un-drinkable. We didn’t even want to wash the vegetables with the tap water. I could have been nice if there were some hand soap in the bathroom."

"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."
