"Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey."

"Verdikleri odada banyodan kötü kokular geliyordu. Odanın dışarıyı gören camı yoktu buzdolabı soğutmuyordu."

"nice room"

Tekrar gelecegim. "Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional."

"Kahvaltı iyiydi. Park yoö üstü müsaitti"
