Holiday Home 'Casa Il Butto' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Balcony

Casa Il Butto is a detached house with a shared garden, located in the historic center of Erve, just a few kilometers from Lake Como. Once used as a barn, it was completely renovated between 2023 and 2024 by Stefania and Lorenzo, and is now welcoming and ideal for hosting families and small groups seeking fresh air and tranquility at the foot of Monte Resegone.



The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and other appliances, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine, and a living room with sofa bed. The second floor features a private balcony for relaxing in the evening.



Casa Il Butto is child-friendly, with a crib, accessories, books and toys available free of charge. In the front garden you can organize a picnic; blanket and basket are provided at no extra cost. Families with children are therefore welcome!



The house is surrounded by nature and does not have Wi-Fi, while a TV is included among the amenities. An iron is available on request. Air conditioning is not necessary: simply open the window to enjoy the fresh natural air.



Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not permitted.
