"My stay was very good. Staff and room excellent. However, Room was cramped and breakfast overpriced £14 for a bacon and egg roll was not good value, imho. Otherwise good."

"Was given a warm welcome on arrival and departure. The room was very spacious and very clean bar some stains on the carpet. The bed was really comfy. Room was well lit and the bathroom had a great mirror for getting ready. It's a great location for the hydro and armadillo and as a solo traveller this was important to me. Great to have a drinks fridge in the room. Downside was room was so hot and no instructions on how to work the heating or air conditioning I googled them in the end. The red flashing light on the telephone drove me insane and had to put something over it. The 12pm checkout was a luxury and I had a very slow morning enjoying the room and the very large tv. Would definitely stay again."

"Clean and well decorated room but we were given an accessible room with an adjoining door to another and you could hear the people next door both at night and in the early morning. I kept banging my elbow on the upright chrome bar in the accessible bath/shower every time I turned."

"Fantastic. Good-size room for two travelers, clean, and quiet. Would stay again any time I need a hotel in central Glasgow. Right across the street from Glasgow Central and a short walk to everything else, even to transportation to get you to a better part of the city :D"

"Small but very comfortable room, great bed, flexible breakfast and kind staff. My only issue was the elevator problem. There was only one elevator and it was always slow and crowded. Long waits and often too full to get on so you had to wait even longer. Otherwise, it was a great stay but the elevator was a big issue."
