"It is clean motel. The owners try to take care of it. It is visible. However, the impression was broken by the heavy smell of old and wet house, probably mold, in the room, steaky floors, and old blanket coverings, yaky to touch. For some reason the receptionist gave us the room for handycapped people although we are not and didn't ask about. We choose this hotel because of 9 stars reviews but in my opinion these reviews were bought. This is motel, not hotel. And this is good, but not wonderful....

"This hotel is in the process of being expanded. It has a natural springs pool and an amazing tree house in the back, along with covered seating. More features are being added which will make it amazing. That’s the good part. The structure is old and while ok, still needs some TLC. My room refrigerator leaked a little, and the window A/C unit temp adjustment was broken so it had to be turned off periodically when the room was frozen, and then turned back on when it was roasting. "Excellent 4-night stay! The room and outdoor areas were very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, comfortable accommodations, welcoming staff, and the pool, picnic area, and landscaping. Breakfast was better than at many motels, with waffles, yogurt, and cereals. Seasonal fruit would have been a nice addition. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The front desk guy that checked us in at night, Luis was wonderful, so polite and nice. He was very helpful and helped us get a refund for a night we didn't end up using because of an unexpected situation. He is the reason I give 3 stars and the fact that the room was very clean.
