I wake-up one morning and call for room service breakfast, but they didn't take my order, because I had to select my order on a piece of card and hang it outside the door before 2AM. "Fine hotel, undergoing renovations. Not a bother and saw no construction or workers. Only one problem was the heating/cooling system, was listening to the fan all night and woke me several times. I would recommend they put an instruction on how to turn it off. According to the receptionist on check out, she recommended taking the key card out which powers lights and sockets etc and the fan will turn off.
