"I was unimpressed by the staff when I called to confirm my specific room type and they gave me the run around. We arrive 15 minutes before check in and told me my room type was available, but I was not given it. The room was in adequate shape, although the furnishings were tired and the breakfast had issues with cross-contamination of high allergy items. We will not stay here again."

"The room had such a strong dog odor it sickend and kept me awake. The manager came and sprayed air freshener on the carpets and floor, but within a half hour that foul odor came back. I felt I should have gotten a refund. Otherwise the facility was relatively clean. They should have some rooms set aside for non pet owners and should remove carpeting."
