Wedding in Lyons

Five friends stayed here and everything about the rental was perfect. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep, coffee and just relaxing. Central location to Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins and RMNP. Highly recommended in a quiet neighborhood, close to I-25

Convenient location & lots of space

We were in town visiting our daughters and this house gave us plenty of room and a convenient location for the Thanksgiving weekend. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the kitchen had all the cooking and baking pans and utensils we needed. We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go as well as countless options on Door Dash for deliveries. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Bed Set-up

We stayed for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. Beautiful drive into Boulder making 30 mins. seem like 15. Beds were super comfy. Grilling setup was perfect and plenty of seating for our party of 9. Very well stocked with incidentals. Definitely going to use this property when in town again.

Great location and beautiful property

The home was clean and beautiful. Very well stocked with what we needed to cook and they had an air fryer too. Lots of room for my family to enjoy our stay. The neighbors were very nice and we had no issues. The community pool was large and accommodating, a bit to far to walk but was only a short drive. We will defiantly be back.

Great location and very nice neighborhood.

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting family. The house was spacious enough for 10 of us. The neighborhood was quiet even with houses so close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool at the pool house. I would recommend more towel hooks on the doors or bathroom walls. We had to be creative with hanging up wet towels. Overall we would stay here again!

The home was large enough and comfortable to accommodate 3 families, 2 with children. There were limited towels for use, lack of hangers in the closet, and little to no space in the bedrooms to unpack and store clothing out of your suitcase. Access through the front door using the coded lock system was glitchy. It required multiple attempts to get in. The kitchen was adequately stocked, although we had to buy a corkscrew. It had not been dusted in awhile, especially the window sills.

Spacious Home with Communication and Cleaning Shortcomings

The home itself was a pleasant surprise. The spacious living area was perfect for our group and provided a comfortable gathering space. However, our experience was impacted by several issues. Communication with the host, while prompt, lacked essential details about the property. We felt unprepared for our stay due to the absence of a clear check-in time, inconsistent information in the listing, and a complete lack of a household manual. A delay in the cleaning/turn-over process added unnecessary stress to our arrival as we were not able to get into the rental and had to wait outside for 90 minutes. Additionally, the property was noticeably short on basic cleaning supplies. A week-long stay without a vacuum or functional broom was inconvenient and made maintaining the home clean challenging. Upon arrival, we also found the home in need of dusting and a deeper clean. The space and convenient surroundings were positive aspects of our stay. The check-in, communication, and cleanliness would prevent us from recommending to others.

This was the perfect location for our family to gather while visiting relatives in the area. The home provided plenty of privacy for everyone, yet offered wonderful spaces for us to spend time together.
