"I don't like giving negative reviews but I hope it helps both to the resort's management and fellow travelers. It looks like they've had a hard time keeping up with the place. The grounds were overgrown and appeared unkept. In one of the rooms we booked the toilet tank was off and they hadn't made note not to book the room. Our room, the hairdryer was missing and I had to go get one. On a postive note, the beds were very comfortable. If you are using the water park it'd be a nice place to stay as the rates were very reasonable (book directly with the hotel though, the park fee isn't included when booked through a 3rd party). The bar was fantastic! We had a blast there so that was fun. All in all about a 3."

"Lobby was clean and organized. Our room was clean for the most part floors werent swept very well. The bed was clean. No dust. Your usual wear and tear of a older looking hotel. Comfortable modern touches. No in room coffee pots. "
