"Wir hatten tolle Tag im You and the Sea. Tolles Essen, super freundliches Personal, netter Empfang und an sich stimmiges Konzept. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf aus unserer Sicht dringend einer Sanierung und Erneuerung. Sowohl in den Zimmer als auch Gemeinschaftsräumen, Gelände und Mobiliar. Personal und Service und Sauberkeit (selbst sehr gut) leiden hier drunter! Danke für die Zeit"

"The check in process was not the most straightforward because the host is different than where you have to go to pick up keys, check in, and it was a couple of blocks away from the actual apartment. Once we found and accessed the apartment, it was lovely."

"The pictures on the website were not what we experienced during our stay. On the pictures the apartment appears to be in good state, clean, not too old and the descriptions makes it appear to be well equipped. The sleeping rooms are on the top level and basement. The living room is in the basement in a dark corner where it is not really inviting to sit down. Stairs are all over and the wood is not made in a way where it is safe for young children. There are plenty of dishes but limited cooking...

"On the 3rd day of our stay, a sewage smell coming from the kitchen became nearly unbearable. We emailed the manager and a maintenance man was sent over but couldn’t identify where the smell was coming from. He sprayed a bunch of bleach down the sink which helped mask the smell for a few hours. We had to keep all the doors and windows open, with a fan blowing the air in the kitchen out the kitchen window. We emailed again but were told to contact the local team. We wound up checking out early,...
